"Nalders has been providing legal services for over 225 years and earlier this year became an LLP. We pride ourselves in providing a quality and modern legal service to each and every client.
Our vision is to always remain focused on our clients and to provide a professional, individual service tailor-made to their needs.
We are committed to providing the highest quality in the services we offer. We strive at being available, approachable, prompt and courteous whilst offering comprehensive legal advice.
Nalders was awarded the coveted Lexcel Standard in 2004. Only 9% of law firms have been awarded Lexcel accreditation. It is only awarded after an extensive audit to measure the firm's performance against the Lexcel Standard. In the latest review, it was confirmed that 'there is generally a very clear commitment to quality and all aspects of client care'.
As a firm, our staff are our greatest asset and we recognise that in order for them to succeed, both personally and professionally, management should be efficient.
The recent IIP report confirmed Nalders is fully meeting the requirements of the Investors in People Standard. Key strengths identified during the review include a loyal and committed staff who are encouraged by effective and supportive management to fully contribute to the success of the firm.
We believe that it is important to have a management and staff charter, which is written down and accessible to everyone. This means staff understand what they can expect from their managers and what their manager expects in return. This also delivers the firm's commitment to the principles of IIP including recognising, nurturing, training, promoting and encouraging all staff and in turn what staff should expect from their managers".
